THE SALES GUY WAS VERY HELPFULL AND PROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS THE OFFICE TEAM. NEATNESS ON PRESENTATIONS AND PAPERWORK. THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD DEFENITELY RECOMEND FULL COVER ROOFING TO A FRIEND.

I have used Full Cover Roofing for several properties that we have and they are by far very professional, trustworthy, and got the job done in the time expected. They make sure their customers are happy and we have been very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them if you have roofing issues. I have read some reviews about this company, and they are just not true.

Samy and his crew are the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. We have active leaks and the roof is brand new and he won't even come out to fix the current leaks. His crew left the roof exposed over night and water rushed in from the wall and soaked our brand new carpet. What kind of a roofer leaves wood exposed over night? The whole place was a mess and it took almost a year to "complete" the job when it should have taken 3 months. He also made a change order with us half way though the job and told us the new materials were better and cost more. We ended up not paying him more even though he wanted to charge us. We had another roofer tell us that the material he used were actually 30% cheaper than the original order meaning he lied to us. This was not the first time he lied and it will not be the last.

Full cover roofing used to be called Palms roofing with the same owners and had to change their name. We are getting ready to start a lawsuit with them. Very unprofessional. They do not take responsibility for their poor workmanship. Please choose another roofer, you will be so sorry if you actually do business with these guys.
