Great trainer they make you feel like they know you for a long time the students are nice with positive energy

The owners of this gym are complete frauds & I'm talking about Mike & Nadine his wife. Pleas don't get talked into signing a contract & please visit @ least 3 or 4 other places before deciding & you'll see what I am talking about! Plus you need to ask Mike for his credentials, never join a place like this without seeing solid proof when someone states that they have the experience such as this wonderful married couple!! LOL

Extreme Martial Arts is the best in miami. My son started when he was 2 years old he is 4 now. Sensei Cardosa, Ms.Nadine and spike are extremely patient with all the kids. My sons progression has been amazing!!! I highly recommend their school.

Excellent Jiu Jitsu self defense classes for your kids in Miami No more bullying for your kids, thats foresure. Self defense for kids is so important these days and i think Jiu Jitsu is the way to go. Miami does have different Jiu Jitsu schools but Extreme MMA is the way to go!

Extreme mma is a great gym, Great instructors that are willing to help, and you learn discipline and respect for others. In only a few months I lost a total of 60 pounds. I recommend extreme for anyone wanting to get in shape and is looking for self assurance

My only regret is that I did not start doing MMA forty years ago and I do lack a lot of flexibility. I think the classes

are great, the training hard and all of us learn discipline which is necessary to live an effective life. Although I have

my limitations I will continue with the school. My left leg used to bother me a lot and has improved enormously. The

staff is very professional and I believe that the school is very necessary to learn the proper techniques. Those who

attend should continue doing so. I think the school is very effective and good.
