She has this amazing ability to completely focus all of her attention on you. I love spending the time with her because she not only listens to what you are saying, she isn't distracted or impatient. She has the most attention to detail I have ever seen in a stylist. She is an artist in the simplest sense - she wants to help bring out the most beautiful YOU possible. I have been a client of Fer’s since 2006 and will be for life! My hair has always been my worst feature – it’s thin and fine yet frizzy, not at all attractive in its natural state :> The first time I met Fer, my hair was so thin (from years of damage from blow-drying and bad dye jobs) that you could see my scalp. I do not have easy hair to work with and Michael had his work cut out for him…But not only did Fer fix my color and cut…over time he has made my hair thicker and healthier than it has ever been. I think it takes a special skill to cut fine hair and make it look thick, and my hair looks awesome now! I get compliments on the color all the time – he has a special technique for natural looking highlights that also make my hair look thicker at the same time. Having nice hair has truly changed my life and I will always be grateful to Fer.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I can say is that Gustavo is a FREAKIN' GENIUS! That man is soooo talented with hair its ridiculous. He can make your hair look so fabulous you will want to pinch yourself. He has blow dried, cut and colored my hair and each time I just wanted to hugh him. And, I have been to upscale salons before prefer not to mention names but never had the service and dedicated attention I receive at Europa Hair Studio. Recently, he died my hair from blonde to brunette and I absolutely LOVED it. Not only me, but my family as well. My husband adores my new look and cant stop looking at me. Thanks Gustavo! You're awesome! Also, they do great pedicures and Jackie does a really good job with eyebrows. What is not to love??
