Nothing but a top notch doctor supported by outstanding staff.I came in with a cold and saw Dr Ayala who was very clear in his diagnosis and helped me fast to get rid of it. He is a busy specialist with a resultant high case of patients but thank god i got to see him on a walk in appointment. Is he really warm and professional,knowledgeable and caring - most definately. I am thankful that my neighbor referred me to him and that he is close by. I am very thankful for this Doctor's expertise and attention.

Came here for one visit because my new insurance assigns him as my PCP, spent an hour in the lobby, 30 minutes in the hallway by the room, 45 minutes in the exam room. All this even with a pre scheduled appointment. Never again will I come to this place. Not to mention he would meet with vendors between patients while others waited. Terrible service.

There are MULTIPLE doctors working under Mr.Ruben Ayala's license, so depending on what day you go you'll get a different doctor. Ayala himself is a man who quickly prescribes medicines without thouroughly examining your problem . He spends VERY little time with his patients ( last time I went I waited 2 hours and was seen for 5 minutes, he got up and LEFT without telling me what he was going to give me or saying goodbye). On multiple occassions he's left the room without saying goodbye, and then an office employee comes to charge me and when I want to ask him a question he's already with another patient, I have to go to work and there's no time to wait. I seriously DREAD going to see him, the ladies in the office are rude and quick to give you an attitude. The GOOD thing about this place is that you don't need an appointment, so you can walk in at anytime including Saturdays ( this is honestly the only reason he's still me PCP) , but get ready to WAIT. I've never spend less than an hour there unless its for bloodwork ( the lady that does it has an amazing hand). This is a good doctor for your grandmother, or anyone that's elderly as those are the majority of the people there ( this is not a good place for anyone else) ,
