I used many moving companies and that might make me a good critic. If I judge all the movers that I used based on their quality of service and price then I have to say that US express relocation is the best amongst them all. I had the opportunity to use them yesterday. Actually I came to know about them from a friend and hired them to manage my move.

I keep on using this service frequently for my stuff shifting and they always give me a good result.I am content with this service.YOu can rely on them

Who could have thought that a simple phone call for inquiry will lead to my most satisfied experience yet? Conway van lines did a really great job handling my move to Dallas, TX. I am particularly amazed by their synergistic efforts to finish the job on time. I have been to other companies but I have never seen anyone of them perform in a way that Conway van lines did. Good job Conway van lines!

Their price was very much similar to other companies. But their best quality was sincerity and professionalism. They were specialized in packing. Though I finished half of packing, I surrendered rest of the unpacked items to them. They worked in such a nice way that I thought to repack the items I finished. Later I request them to oversee my packed items if they need any wrapping again. Totally they spent almost 5 hours relentlessly to put our stuff in to boxes. They timely carried and handed over my possessions. They did competently at both end of the move. Everything was just perfect!

I checked their background before hiring because I never wanted to depend on any ordinary moving company. That is why I did not go with a cheaper company. I always value the experience and these guys are well experienced. However, my rep Richard was very helpful from the word GO. He identified my requirements quickly and scheduled the move accordingly, assigned a very good team led by Andrey. They did the job flawlessly. They moved all my valuables and furniture without any delay and damage from Miami, FL to Austin, TX and kept the price under control. I have no complaints whatsoever against these guys. Actually I just want to Conway van lines for their wonderful service and affordable price.

I forgot to make a video of this team-I loved how well they have handled every aspect of shifting without mishandling ,And not to forgot keep my wallet also on the cheap side.Will definitely recommend this team

I can tell you from experience that searching for a moving company is frustrating! Thanks God I wasn’t mistaken with my choice. I choose Conway Van Lines and they did as asked and required. As promised, the move was completed within 15 days and that within the estimated budget. I enjoyed communicating with their well-versed and professionally trained staff. Unlike many other moving companies I had experienced in the past, these guys do not horrify you with a pile of hidden charges at the end of the day. No major problems during the deal. Great service providers!

I am looking for a good packers and movers service to shift my household items,As Shifting of household items is the biggest hurdle,After seeing few negative reviews of few sites i came across Conway Van-Lines,I go through the website and filled the details of shifting,Soon the customer service gives me a call and with some negotiations i finalized them,I am satisfied with the crew service they packed all our stuff with great care without mishandling.

I was very impressed with the professional job that Conway Van Lines team did. The entire job was done quickly and most efficiently. The off load was done in the same great manner us loading and the whole process made the move very easy for me. We have encountered no damaged items while unpacking. It was one of the best moves I have ever had. Thank you guys!

I'd rather have a colonoscopy !!

OMG! These were the worst movers we have ever hired. Very unprofessional, rude, well over their written estimate, scratched my expensive furniture, broke my lamps, stole my bike, and outsourced their vehicles. Once they got to our destination they refused to walk up our steps unless we gave them an additional 75 dollars fro EACH time they walked up our steps. This was never stated in our contract nor even verbally to us until they already moved us. They wanted that amount in cash or money order. Period. All they did was milk more and more money out of us. You are in a vulnerable position when you move, and these people took advantage of that. I'd rather have 2 colonoscopies - blindfolded- than to deal with these crooks again !! I would not recommend these people to anyone. If I could give them no stars, I would. This was such a terrible moving experience for us, both pricewise and problemwise.

They made sure that I was aware of all of my options before agreeing to anything. I would recommend Conway Van Lines to anyone for the professionalism as well as the care given to the items my mother had to move... Thank you so much for a wonderful move!

The worst ever moving experience. DO NOT use the services of this company. They are cheaters of the worst kind. I booked their services to ship my expensive goods from Jacksonville, Florida to California. They give me a reasonable quote and I made the deposit. They tricked us into agreeing for a particular amount after we gave a detailed inventory of what we wanted to move. On the day of the moving, the guy who came in packed all our stuff and said that volume of the goods is twice what we had booked for and made us pay an extra $700. We agreed since it was too late for us to change the company. They promised us delivery within 3 weeks. It has been close to 3 months, and they have still not delivered my goods. I had expensive reclining leather sofa set and artwork which I seem to have lost forever. Repeated calls to the company are answered by someone named ‘Sophie’, who has no clue as to what is happening and keeps promising that our stuff will be delivered within 10 days. I even wrote to ‘Better Business Bureau’ and the company responded with a standard statement which I later found out they have been using for other people who had similar experience.

I will not rest till I get my precious belongings including tons of research material back, but this is a ‘WARNING’ for anyone who is planning to use this company.

Unfortunately, the website will not allow me to give them a negative star rating.

Conway Van Lines is really straight forward so I booked my move over the phone. I was really happy to have one less thing to worry about. The day of the move, Joe and his crew showed up a little early, fresh, and ready to go. They packed my apartment so fast, I was shocked. My things were carefully wrapped and protected before being packed in the big truck. All my good delivered in perfect condition and on time. Definitely Recommended!

Great Job! I've moved before and had a horrible experience, so I took my time before I choose a moving company this time. After contacting few moving companies I decided to hire Conway Van Lines. Andrey and his team showed up on time to pick up my shipment, everything went as planned. Great movers, they definitely know their job very well. I will definitely recommend Conway Van Lines to anyone.

These guys are really good! The price they offered was a bit high, but it was worth it! They provided very professional service, everyone was helpful and so friendly. I would recommend Conway Van Lines to my friends and family, they were just great!

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. not only the worst moving company, but the worst customer experience I have ever had. 1. Quoted me $1,000 for a small move from Miami to New York. The final bill was just over $3,000. I also shipped stuff internationally, with another company, and it was well cheaper than this. Told me several times my inventory doesnt have to be exact and then slammed me with an extra $2,000. 2. dishonest about the cost of their packing materials. dishonest about delivery dates. left items at my house and took no responsiblility. knowing I was flying the next day I had no choice. 3. Was told there was no manager to complain to. "denied a claim" to speak to someone that would care. Called almost everyday for 45 days for one reason or another because not one single thing went smoothly with this organization. Sophie, the dispatcher, did not care in the slightest. Customer Service representative, Leanna, contacted me after 30 days only to tell me that no one is giving her any answers to my problems. frustrating. 4. The shipment arrived in tact but disorganized. All the numbers were incorrect and there was no way to check that I recieved everything with the movers waiting for me to guess (exact words) if everything is here. 5. There is a blatant disregard for customer service or care about your furniture. This company is unfortunate. Don't trust them. 6. Leanna excitedly called me a day before my stuff arrived, to tell me the manager finally offered me $100 off of me next move (after mis-quoting, leaving stuff, not returning phone-calls, blatant diregard, 45 days of headache, added charges- read that long contract carefully). Obviously, a big victory for her, but actually insulting for me. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE.

Thank you all at Conway Van Lines for a great performance. I thank Joe and his movers for successfully executing my 3 bed room apartment move. They came on time, finished on time, nothing was damaged or broken and everything went according to the plan and charged me a moderate amount. In short, I am happy like anything to have a great move.
