Coach's Corner

I actually went to Coach's Corner for our co-ed league adult softball team. We wanted team shirts for our team. I went in prepared and ready to inquire a quote from the company. As I walked in, the man greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I let him know what I was there for, and specifically told him what needed to be done to the shirts from the sizes, numbers, colors, font the whole nine yards. I was reassured that the shirts were going to be done on a friday. He also told me to email him the logo of the team and a full description of everything, he then again reassured me that he had everything in stock. Days go by and I had yet to receive an email, with a sample of the shirts. I had called on tuesday to see if they were going to email me a sample, i was once again reassured that they were going to send it by that night with an invoice. Tuesday night passed, wednesday passed, and finally Thursday NIGHT comes and I receive an email from Coach's Corner letting me know that they don't have any small sizes in shirts. I was in total utter shock. No sample, no logo sample, NO SAMPLE OF WHAT THE SHIRT WAS GOING TO LOOK LIKE, no warning that they didn't have sizes and I was suppose to get the shirts by Friday the very next day????? How can that be. So we decided to go to Kings Bay Athletics instead to get our shirts done. SO IF YOU'RE THINKING OF CHECKING THIS PLACE OUT BEWARE!!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS. i thought the whole point of having a business was to do your job and keep your clients happy.
