Classy Dry Cleaners

That's the worst ever cleaner we have ever been too.

They ruined fully a cocktail dress and 2 suits of my husband and one of them even shrink. It is a shame, we have $2500 worth of clothes fully ruined.

And the only trouser not ruined was not cleaned !!

Never never never go there ....

These people are thiefs they stole my Gucci suit and prada coat.

These people are dummies and this place give poor customer service.

These people will get punished by the lord with a ticket to hell.

They are thiefs.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN. I took a good quality shirt to be pressed only and they damaged it. What I assumed that happened was that they accidentally stained it and tried to clean with a harsh solvent, and when they pressed it, the fabric yielded. They did not tell me anything about it when I picked it up. When I found the damage and went back to the store they refused any responsibility. The girl in the counter is arrogant and obnoxious (even before this incident she was clueless about providing customer service). The older woman (probably her mother), was taking care of another customer and then she started badmouthing me, talking trash to the other customer, in her native language, unaware of the fact that I could understand what they were saying. Some people just don't have the least idea of how to manage a business. Would they have accepted accountability, they would have kept my respect and my business. The way they chose to conduct themselves, they lost both. They won instead: FIRST PRIZE FOR WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MIAMI!
