HORRIBLE!!!!!! My sister purchased a car on Dec.2014 and had problems from the very beginning. She contacted a guy by the name of Rafael Coto ever since she purchased the vehicle and all he has been doing is giving her the run around! She paid cash in full so and was told after that they were putting in a used engine! She paid OVER $7000.00 for this car that she hasn't driven for more than a month!! Now we are in 2016 car still doesn't drive they lost her key took her battery and still has electrical problems!! It is crazy who ppl like this love to scam ppl and not give them what they paid for because in reality she paid $7000.00 for a car shell and still don't want to fix the car for her... It's sad!!

This dealer is horrible. Not because I purchased a vehicle from them, no. Something so simple as a title and tag transfer took these people 2 months! Twice I had to waste my time and go all the way to their dealer for temporary tags. Then, every time you call, no one ever answers. And when they finally decide to answer, no one knows anything. Everything is delegated to the next person. Then when they finally did my tag on the day of my expired temporary tag, they told me that "I" had to go pick up my tag myself because I was the one that needed it today. Even though they had 2 months to do my tag. These people are simply HORRIBLE!!!

Very good service. They were very honest when I asked questions about the financing. Great prices and very nice cars. Would recommend.
