0 stars for sure! Ive been in customer service for 37 years & I have never gave, received nor even heard of such incompetence. My experience with them has been totally unprofessional. Ive had emergency plumbing situations & called their "emergency #" they advertize & not once did i ever recieve a call back. That is false advertizing. Then, try speaking with a person during regular hours - mission impossible. So, the only way to communicate was to attend a board meeting ( the office is far & I work full time) & even then, when confronted with the ongoing issues, they just tryed to con their way out. No help what so ever.

Caribbean Property Management has been yet one of the best management office I have work with. From customer service to accounting and management side. Everyone in the office is always welling to help you with resolving any questions and or issues you may be having. The staff will not let you leave the office with out helping you!

What a wonderful management company, very gracious, and superb customer service. They helped resolve all my questions and a spectacular management team for my community.

The professionalism of the assistant for my community has made my community extremely easy. Melissa have been there each & every time we needed help and assistance.

Their ability to listen to our needs as a Owner/resident in every aspect of making sure the homeowners are taken care is among the best in the industry.

With the whole gate system change for my community by far Melissa went out of her way to make sure that I received my gate remotes and cards to have access to my community. She is a very nice lady to speak with at the management office and always is available when I call her extension 110. Thank you Melissa for everything you do for our community Oasis.

turned in my application and was informed it would take 10-15 business day to be approved. had my application ready within 5 days. receptionist was really helpful with all my questions. great customer service overall.

Caribbean Property is the best management company I've had thus far. I've lived in my condo for 20 years and have had several management companies but they do not even come close to the level of customer service that Caribbean has. Just last week I urgently needed an account statement to send to my bank and I called the accounting department just a couple of minutes before the office would close and they still answered my phone call and sent it to me within 5 minutes of my call. I've also emailed them in the past with questions about my account and have gotten a response back very quickly.

Good service, took care of our property issues on time.

This company is dreadful. I own a house in a complex they manage, and everything from the initial purchase of the home forward has been a nightmare. They are slow to address maintenance issues (and by slow, I mean months, not days or weeks). The staff, including management, are rude and unhelpful. They frequently ignore emails and phone calls. The general level of incompetence is shocking.



I will say, the maintenance staff working on site are fantastic. They work hard and do a great job (and I suspect are payed peanuts). But the office personnel are the among the most incompetent and unhelpful people I have dealt with.

Unresponsive and unprofessional.

This is the management company at my apartment that I've owned for 4 years. Caribbean Property Management has been great at working with me to repair and fix any issues that have come up in the last 4 years. Me and my neighbor recently had a plumbing issue late at night that resulted in some flooding in the restrooms. I called their emergency line and first thing in the morning Caribbean sent out a plumber that had the problem fixed within an hour. I didn't even have to miss a day at work!



Currently looking to invest in another property for my retirement and will definitely keep an eye out for one maintained by Caribbean Property Management.

We have been with Caribbean property management for about 5 years they have been so helpful to our association, they always seem to keep our board members very happy, and all the people in our condos. At the last meeting Mr. Garcia even went way out of his way, and help me find my cell phone that I had lost walking the night before. Following all around the grounds with find my phone on his phone to locate it!!! I am so happy, thank you so much, that saved me 200$!!!

We have had Caribbean Property manage out community for over 10 years. We have dealt with them as unit owners and as board members, and they have always exceeded our expectations. They helped us through a very difficult financial time. I'm glad we still have them as our management company.
