Braman Miami

Recently I wanted to buy a Hyundai for my son. Your sales rep, Michael Fernandez, was so knowledgable about the cars there that he really impressed my son.... which isn't easy! My son got the car that he wanted! Everyone was happy. Thanks

Consumers beware. We were return customers of Braman BMW Miami leasing dept and used Sales Associate Sam Borges. Before you sign the contract Braman BMW does their best towards customer service and asks for high scores on a corporate survey that you recieve via e-mail a few days later. After that your on your own. BMW Finanical Services ( a collection dept) called my girlfriend's PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT looking for her and claimed that Braman BMW did not pay money owed to them from our old Braman lease and that we were responsible to pay it. Of course now people at work think she cant make her car payments. My girfriend called the Braman Sales Manager Russ Bennett, thinking that we would be treated in the same mannor when we were car shoping. Not the case at all. He simply said that they paid it but Financial serivices must have paid on a wrong account. She asked for proof to provide for Financial Services. He said dont worry its in the file. After getting the run around I called Mr. Bennett and I left message explaning that "dont worry its in the file" was unexceptable and to call me. He called my girlfriend insead and provided the proof she originaly asked for. It appears that this dealership takes advantage of female costomers. We are still waiting for BMW Braman and BMW Financial to resolve this mess. In this economy I cant belive this is happening. When you do nothing wrong and you have to fight uncooperative people to make it right it realy takes away from the enjoyment of getting a new car. We will never do business with the Braman dealership again.
