Thompson Park Stables is located in a quiet neighborhood across from Larry & Penny Thomson Park in Miami , Fl. This gives you access to 270 acres with several miles of pine tree covered grass trails with a huge lake to ride around while still within city limits and close to home. We also have access to the canal system with miles of green trails! We offer a FAMILY oriented atmosphere! 2 barns on 2 1/2 acres of green landscape and lots of big breezy shades trees! We have lounge chairs ( for napping), rocking chairs, 3 picnic tables and a grill at your disposal with 24 hour access. All stalls have automatic waterers and rubber mats for your horses comfort. To keep the flys away we use "Fly Predators" and horse waist is hauled off property Daily! For security and peace of mind, the owner does live on property and unless somebody is on the property the Gates remain locked. Barn Facilities: We have a lighted Arena for night riding and convenience after work A large roundpen for warm up. A sounding board for Paso Finos 4 turnout paddocks 2 cement wash racks with cross ties 2 covered grooming/tack up areas with cross ties 7 hitching posts A locked tack room for your saddles and feed Restroom Part Board: 12x12 box stalls for $125.00 10x12 stall with a 16x16 run/paddock attached for $150 Am feed tossed at 7:30 by barn owner Full Board: Stall plus an additional $125 for everyday care: stall cleaning & feeding plus scheduling of farrier, feed delivery, worming, and vet related matters. Daily turnout (weather permitting). Horse owner will pay for desired feed and bedding separately (so u only pay for what your horse needs and eats). 3 feedings per day. Very happy with instructor seems very knowledgeable and experienced with horses. The barn was well equipped and the family oriented environment made the visit all the more pleasant. Cant wait to take my daughters again for some horsey fun!

Very pleasant atmosphere. Had so much fun it felt like time flew by. Personnel made us feel very welcomed and comfortable as they were very kind and patient especially with some of our fears. Need to come back again for more!
