Absolutely horrible costumer service. If there was an option for 0 stars, thats what I would rate it. I had a new unit and air handler installed by this so called company. 1.5 years later, the air has broken down. No unit should break down so quickly. It is impossible to get a direct answer from " the office" about repair. I called the answering service 3 different times on a Sunday and when the office opened Monday I did not receive a returned call. I had to call the following morning as well. It was then I was able to reach someone. The women in the office tell you they will call you back but don't hold your breath! I have been passed around the office to different people in regards to the repair with no result. Repeating basic information like my phone number and address because they did not have it from my previous calls. Beware! It is not worth going with this group to save money. You will end up paying for it in the END!

Completely dissatisfied, installed a new unit five months ago and for the last 20 days I have had all kind of trouble. The AC freezes every day and temp is rising, they send guys every other day after several calls and complaints. The have not determine what the problem is, Finally yesterday they say will replace the coil and promised someone to go to the house and give a solution, 1/2 an hour later I received a call that the part was in Orlando and will arrive on Tuesday at 11:00 AM. on Tuesday called asking and they did not received the part yet, now they promised someone to arrive between 4 and 5 pm. My worst experience ever with service, I will not recommend service with this company since they promise and fail.

My worst experience ever. Beware of the salespeople, they are good. They would sale you things you don't need and don't fit in your spaces. Then the technician comes trying to fix things and it is a nightmare. I ended up with 4 days without AC with 85-90 degrees (Miami) inside my house and my 3 years old son going through this too (we slept with 3 fans around)... A living hell. Finally I switched to another company who did an excellent job in 4 hours. I don't like to harm people but the experience with Arco Temp Air was so bad that I feel you guys need a warning. They are unprofessional, very informal, and above all very badly organized.
