We contacted this adjusting firm and were very impressed since they came out the same day we called them and even came to our home after 5pm on a tuesday evening. The adjuster who met us was very professional and courteous. He explained how the company worked and assured us of their commitment as well as the fact that he was not pushy. He left his contract for us to review and to give us time to decide on whether or not we were going to use them. After we faxed them our contract, within 2 days there was already an opening for an appointment. This was a Wilma claim from 2 years ago. The insurance company paid us $3000 back then. After about 2 months of fighting with the insurance company, our adjuster was able to settle our case for $39700.00 and it was based on a loophole our adjuster noticed that we would have never noticed. We were very impressed with his professionalism and we will contact all risk consultants any time we have any problems. We highly recommend them.
