All Florida Pool & Spa Center

They are a great group of people. I bought a hot tub from All Florida a couple of years ago and also use them for pool service. We are extremely happy with them. They care. Our service person does an awesome job. We really enjoy our Sundance Spa. There store gives excellent service. Five stars.

I have been dealing with this company for many years & have always been very happy. I recently had a major pool renovation. The job turned out great. Our entire family is very happy. They were great from the very beginning and the final product is awesome. We are all enjoying the attached hot tub also.

We have used All Florida Pool & Spa for our service and repairs for many years. We recently bought a Sundance Spa. We love the spa. They are all great and very helpful at All Florida. I was surprised to see the above rating.

I have been using All Florida Pool and Spa for over 4 years now. I take my water to get tested weekly and the people in the store are more than willing to solve any problem that may arise. I couldn't believe that even the spa salesman comes up to greet me and help me with my pool. I can honestly speak only on the knowledge in the store but I have never been happier with the level of courtesy and professionalism I see every Saturday I take my water in. The one time I was having an issue with my pool water, and the gentleman behind the counter couldn't solve the problem, the General Manager was kind enough to go as far as to come out to my house on his day off and help to show me what the problem was (which turned out to only need a slight adjustment of the valves.) I believe All Florida Pool and Spa in Miami has been a wonderful addition to my family and I trust them with the quality of my water as well as just being overall great guys.

I am usually pretty reasonable and understand that no business has 100% customer satifaction, but after dealing with this company for over 3 years I think its time to really consider finding another company. They charge me $106 a month and I've had problems with the pool guy not showing up yet documenting he did. They've been chasing a leak for almost a year at $50 a pop each time the "mechanic" shows up to inspect! Each time they "found the leak" it was an additional $100 plus. They don't return calls when their's a problem to discuss with their service and in my opinion the clarity of the pool has never been as clear as when I lived there doing it myself; I think they should service the pool twice a week instead of once a week, at least during the rainy season. One day I am going to sit down and do some research or shop around and try someone else because if this is the standard of pool service in Miami, then, maybe its a "you get what you pay for" type of deal. I don't know... . Today my tenant told me the service man said he found a leak behind a jet.

This company is terrible. There claim is great customer service and once they get your business they ignore you.
