Advance Auto Parts

As soon as I walk in I come to the MANAGER Jesus. I ask him for assistance cause I don't understand what part to buy for my car he points to me where to walk to instead of showing me exactly the part that is need for my specific car. Then when I ask to show me the part he walks over upset and points at the part and walks away. At the moment I felt he does not want to help me. So then I asked his coworker and he didn't want to explain to my how it works he just shows me the part and walks off. So after that I starting to talking to a customer that was there and he was the on who explained to me which one I excatly need. Worst customer service I have ever received. Would not spend 1 dollar at that place as long as Jesus the manger works there. As a manger you should have a little more paitence with a customer that is asking for help in car parts when you are the manager you should explain better your the professional in that field. Worst place ever
