        Avoid at all costs…..
        They are not located at the car rental center.
        They charge you $10.00 to take you back to the Airport Terminal.
        They charge you extra $25 if you return the car earlier.
        They charge you for a whole day, if you return the car one hour late.
        They charge you additional $3.75 a day for using SunPass.
        They get you in with their low cost, and then they will nickel and dime you to death.

        Do not rent from this company. They advertise low rates but when you arrive at the rental location there are multiple fee add on's that you must take.
        The staff is at times Surly and impolite. The Rental process is grossly inefficient.

        Don't be fooled by the low prices online. You will not get a bargain!

        This place is a total rip off with no customer service skills to speak of. They jacked up prices, hid costs once we arrived. We ended up missing our flight because of their deception. I advise to run far away.

        I recently rented a car from the ACO Orlando office and was pleasantly surprised. The rates were affordable and the customer service was EXCELLENT!!! The staff was very professional. My flight was scheduled to leave at 5:45am which meant I needed to return the car at 3:30am. I was worried because there hours of operation start at 7am and plus we needed shuttle service. There was a fee for after hour service but I gladly paid it to have a peace of mind. When we arrived the staff was ready and waiting to happily accommodated us at 3:30 am. I would recommend this rental car service to everyone looking to save a few dollars and rent a nice car. Plus there shuttle bus is a Mercedes!!! :)

        I RENTED A VAN FROM THIS COMPANY FOR THE FIRST TIME ON 02/09/11-02/13/11 AND I WAS SO AMAZED BY THE SERVICE AND PRICES. THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES AROUND. THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES ON ALL VEHICLES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE. I WILL BE RENTING FOR THEM THIS OCTOBER AGAIN. I'M SO GLAD I FOUND THIS COMPANY THEY WILL HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AS LONG THEY KEEP THE GOOD SERVICE AND PRICES.
