The Habana Libre didn't impress me much. What probably perturbs me the most is the parking. There is VERY little parking, and what parking is there is not free. Metered parking is available and free during the night, but at 8am every morning police walk the streets and give tickets to everyone who didn't get up and come feed the meter (they literally wait...I saw this myself out the window). Valet parking is available for $15 a day, which adds up really quickly, and there's no where to pull off for them to park your car. You just have to stop in the middle of the street. The bottom of the pool was not visible. A can of soda was $1. On a scale of 1 to 10, the cleanliness level was a 6 or 7. The room was very small and the decor was depressing. I wouldn't stay here again.
