Medical Weight Loss
Also known as augmentation mammoplasty, the procedure involves using implants to fulfill your desire for fuller breasts or restore breast volume lost after weight reduction or pregnancy. Implants also may be used to reconstruct breast after mastectomy/ injury.

Pregnancy

Ultrasound
Today, a number of new techniques, including ultrasound-assisted lipoplasty, and the tumescent technique are helping to provide selected patients with more precise results and quicker recovery times. Although liposuction is not a substitute for dieting and exercise it can remove stubborn areas of fat that don’t respond to traditional weight-loss methods.

General Surgery
Dr Jacobs received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in 1981. He completed his General Surgery residency at Boston University Medical Center where he was also the Chief resident in General Surgery.
Ear Surgery
Ears are almost fully grown by age four, and the earlier the surgery, the less teasing and ridicule the child will have to endure. Ear surgery on adults is also possible, and there are generally no additional risks associated with ear surgery on an older patient.

Botox
Botox Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles to temporarily treat frown lines between the brows, the forehead and the smile lines around the eyes. It works by blocking nerve impulses to the injected muscles. This reduces muscle activity that causes those lines to form. Dysport (abobotulinumtoxinA) is a newer medication with a similar mechanism of action. It has been used in many countries for over twenty years.
Brow Lift
Eyelid surgery can correct drooping upper lids and puffy bags below your eyes – features that make you look older and more tired than you feel, and may even interfere with your vision.. Blepharoplasty, can be preformed alone, or in conjunction with other facial surgery procedures such as a facelift or brow lift. Insurance may cover the cost of an Upper Blephoraplasty when there is interference with normal vision.

A facelift “sets back the clock,” improving the most visible signs of aging by removing excess fat, tightening underlying muscles, and re-draping the skin of your face and neck. Liposuction
Liposuction is a procedure that can help sculpt the body by removing unwanted fat from specific areas, including the abdomen, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, upper arms, chin, cheeks and neck. During the past decade, liposuction, which is also known as “lipoplasty” or “suction lipectomy,” has benefited from several new refinements.
Breast Augmentation
Pregnancy and breastfeeding can change both the size and shape of the breasts. The breasts always enlarge during pregnancy. After pregnancy, the breasts usually decrease in size and appear deflated. This can be corrected with a breast augmentation. The breasts may also be sagging, or ptotic and a mastopexy (breast lift) might also be needed.
Breast Reduction
Bra straps may leave indentations in their shoulders. Unusually large breasts can make a women feel extremely self-conscious. Breast Reduction, or Reduction Mammaplasty, is designed for such women. The procedure removes fat, breast tissue, and skin from the breasts, making them smaller, lighter, and firmer. It can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple. The goal is to give a woman smaller, better-shaped breasts in proportion with the rest of her body.
Breast Lift
Also known as Mastopexy, a breast lift raises, reshapes and firms sagging breasts by removing excess skin in a surgical procedure; tightening the surrounding tissue to support the new breast contour. Sometimes the areola becomes enlarged over time, and a breast lift will help reduce this as well. A breast lift can rejuvenate your figure with a breast profile that is youthful and uplifted.
Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty can reduce or increase the size of your nose, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between your nose and your upper lip. It may also correct a birth defect or injury, or help relieve some breathing problems.

In addition to his private practice, Dr. Jacobs is an Assistant Clinical Instructor of Plastic surgery at the University of Miami and is a former Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Miami Heart Institute on Miami Beach. Thigh Lift
Thigh Lift – A thigh lift is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin and fat from the inner or outer thighs. The procedure can dramatically reduce the appearance of enlarged thighs. But bear in mind, it does produce a permanent scar, which, depending on the extent of the original problem and the surgery required to correct it, can extend all the way around the upper leg extremity.

Breast Surgery
Breast augmentation, or Augmentation Mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure to enhance the size and shape of a woman’s breast for a number of reasons: To enhance the body contour of a woman who, for personal reasons, feels her breast size is too small; To correct a reduction in breast volume after pregnancy; To balance a difference in breast size; or as a reconstructive technique following breast surgery. By inserting an implant behind each breast, we are able to increase a woman’s breast size. Usually, a small incision is made either under the breast, around the areola (the dark skin around the nipple), or in the armpit. A pocket is created for the implant either behind the breast tissue or behind the chest muscle.
Otoplasty
Ear surgery or ear pinning (Otoplasty), is usually performed to set prominent ears back closer to the head or to reduce the size of large ears. For the most part, the operation is performed on children between the ages of four and fourteen.
Lip Augmentation
Lip augmentation creates fuller, plumper lips and reduces fine wrinkles around the mouth. Lips may be injected with Juviderm, Restylane or with fat transferred from another site in the patient’s body. Newer, longer-lasting options include implantable materials such as silicon implants

After serving as Chief Resident in Plastic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, he received additional training in cosmetic surgery at the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York City.
