Mesquite Church Of Christ

I have been involved with this preschool, in one way or another, for the past 10 years. They provide a FANTASTIC foundation for preschool aged children. Not only are the teachers patient and kind, but they are very Christ-minded. Starting there at age two (of course they attended through four years of age), by the time my children finished in the two year old class, they knew their ABC's, colors, and shapes. They could also identify their numbers 1-20. They do lots of hands-on crafts, singing and book reading, and they have spanish and P.E. classes. They also have seasonal activities (i.e. Christmas Program, Graduation) for the children and their families. Not only did my own children learn their colors and numbers, but they also learned them in Spanish! The classes are small, allowing the teachers to give lots of individual attention. Each teacher and staff member has such an obvious love for the children...they want to do everything they are capable of to provide a solid foundation for the children's future education. They're great about gently, yet firmly guiding children to be in structured settings, which is exactly what children need to prepare for kindergarden. They have many activities throughout the year for the children and encourage parents and families to be involved. I strongly encourage anyone who is looking for a preschool program for their child to take advantage of Mesquite Church of Christ Dayschool and its loving, caring staff.
