Hawkes Discount Radiator & AC

Hi my name is vickie and about 2 years ago I bought a lifetime warranty radiator from Hawkes in AZ, a few days ago we noticed my radiator was leaking, I had moved to Michigan since I bought the radiator, so my husband calls Hawkes and speaks with Terry, who was FANTSTIC, he told us all we needed to do was send the radistor back and they would send us a new one, most companies would have told us there was nothing for them to do for us since we moved out of state but not Hawkes, so Terry from Hawkes emails us the shipping slip and sets up the pickup with UPS, This was on a thrursday, by monday we had out new radiator, Terry calles us and let us know our radiator would be here on Monday and it was, mind you we had a huge snow storm on Sunday night but that didnt matter, The company itself drove out our new radiator to us from their warehouse in Michigan about 3 hours away. We paid NO MONEY, all we did was have to take the radiator out and put it in the box, thats it, Terry handled everything from AZ, he did all the communicating with the Michagan office and all the comminucating with us, You have no idea how wonderful this was for us, we couldnt afford a new radiator, nor could we have afforded to pay shipping, but we didn't.. They took care of everything, also the driver that brought us the radiator was super nice and great, I have never received such fantatic service, I was so overwhelmed by Terry's speed and efficiency that I cried, they made our entire situation so much easier, so much less stressful, I will and have recommended them to everyone I know, (which is alot of people) all of my family member own at least 2 cars a piece. The warehouse in Michigan was also wonderful, they didn't dilly dally, they got our radiator and immediately sent out our new one... My exprience with Hawkes was nothing short of FANTASTIC... Thank you hawkes! And especially Terry from the Mesa office on Hibbert st.. He helped and followed up with us and delivered.. Terry your the man!

Needed a new radiator - called and got a better price then I did at O'Reilly's and AutoZone - super nice on the phone and they have a nationwide lifetime warranty on it! Would definitly recommend them to anyone!
