I wouldn't go anywhere else to to get my car taken car if Richard and Robert are amazing! They are always so nice and explain things so well to me no matter how dumb I can be when it comes to cars. They are so understanding and always willing to work with you. Before my experience with them I was so worried to take me car to any chain store like Fletcher's and I couldn't be happier now that I have! 10/10 would recommend

I've been going to Fletcher's on Broadway Road for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. They had the best price on Michelin tires, and I went today to have my struts replaced on my car. To my surprise I actually had A substantial amount of rewards points which was applied to the cost of my car repair today. Even better, I have earned more points for the next time I bring my car in. Both Bob and the manager were very kind and willing to make sure that all of my questions were answered. I would recommend Fletchers to anyone who needs an honest, hometown care repair type of business.
