Provided by DexKnowsI called to see if they had a lamp for my DLP tv. Person that answered just said no we don't without asking for the model of the tv or the part number. Acted like he did not want to be bothered. Why does a business like this waste the money to advertise.

Provided by DexKnowsAfter several calls to other repair places who just said we had to bring our tv in (hard to do with a 52") I called Chucks. The tech was very helpful in asking a lot of questions to diagnose as much as possible over the phone. Est was $500-$800 in replacement parts + labor and was told I probably just wanted to get a new tv.They didn't try to sell me a service that they thought was not cost effective.

Provided by DexKnowsI had them look at my wonderful 60 inch DLP which had sound but no picture. a week later they called and said I had a bad ballast, and they couldnt even find the part to repair and it would cost around 6-7 hundred to fix it if they could. The suggested I junk it. I took it to Dealer Electronics and they repaired it for 120 dollars, didnt need a balast at all just someting with the power supply. I was exstatic that i have my ownderful picture again. So Chuck TV is very nice but doesnt seem to knowledgable. Just suggesting get a second opinion.

Provided by DexKnowsFrom the time they came in the house. The serviceman said he bet's he knows what's was wrong. I told him we had no sound coming from our 9 year old RCA TV. Even connected to a cable box, I could not get any tv sounds out of this set only snow sounds. Beauiful picture, but only snow sounds. We hooked the TV up to cable and not even 5 min. later . After he reprogramed the set, because it has set for 6 months and rebooted the channels. I had sound coming from the tv. I stood in amazement. HOW! HOW! I couldn't believe it...... ###Great job.... They came one hour earlier then the window he gave me. Fixed the tv and was on there way less then half hour even with putting the tv back in the cabinet for me. ######THANK YOU CHUCK'S....
