Cocoa Beach Taxi

WARNING: COCOA BEACH TAXI, ALSO KNOWN AS PAY WHAT YOU WANT, IS NEVER ON TIME; THEY PROVIDE HORRIBLE SERVICE; AND ARE A BAD BUINESS. The dispatcher lied to me three times about when the cab would get to me, and each time I told him that I had to be somewhere at a specific time. He promised I would make it, but after stringing me along over and over again, the cab never arrived. Terrible service!!!
