Quik Wok Restaurant

Ordered food at 632. Told 45 minute delivery. I called to check on status. Delivered at 830. Soggy sloppy bags from leaking containers.

Last time service was so so. This was terrible.

We wont be back.

This bunch used to be so much better.

Totally disappointed and disgusted.

I had delivery - it came within the time indicated. The veggies were crisp, which is what I like and the food wasn't salty, which happens with many Chinese restaurants. I'll order again!

Absolutely terrible service. The worst I have ever had for delivery service.



We called and were told it would take between an hour and an hour and 20 minutes for delivery. While it wasn't ideal, we were willing to give it a go.



After an hour and 40 minutes, I called to inquire about the delay. I was promptly put on hold for ten minutes before I hung up and called back. When I called back, they let the phone ring at least twenty times before picking up (surprised there was no answering machine). They asked to put me on hold again and I told them no. I wanted to know when my food would be delivered - as this was almost two hours after my order was placed. They did put me on hold to check on my order. They came back to the phone and said that when the delivery driver got back, mine would be the very next order to go out.



I explained that this was ridiculous, as it would put us at least 2 hours+ since my order was placed. The lady asked me how long I had been told that it would take. When I explained my hour - hour and 20 minute expectation, she told me they have been 2+ hours behind all night. I explained that this would've been very valuable information to have when I placed my order and she offered no empathy, but said they'd discount my order by 20 minutes when they could finally get it out. Funny.



What a joke this place has become. It will be the very last time I ever order from them and would encourage all others to avoid this restaurant at all costs. Take a chance somewhere else. Even if you're disappointed, at least you'll have time to find a backup plan. A much better scenario that I had tonight.



AVOID QWIK WOK and save yourself a ton of frustration and disappointment.

We used to eat at the one on Broadway. This is the best Chinese food in Meridian that I have ate at. The service is always fantastic as well. I haven't tried the delivery yet, so this is just dine-in.

Good Chinese take out, really hits the spot when I have a craving for Chinese food.

We have ordered both delivery and pick up from Qwik Wok. We love their sweet/sour pork, their pork fried rice, and pork chow mien (soft noodles).

Great, I am a regular and love.

They are friendly and good Chinese if you don't want to make it at home. We like the potstickers and chicken or steak with vegetables or General Tso's which is very good.

Excellent delivery Chinese food, always freshly prepared and good quality. Have only eaten in the dining room once, usually always get it delivered!

Food is a generous if you get the specials. We keep going back and will continue to do so.

Food was excellent, and tasted good. Waiter was the best I've ever had in my life, so friendly and polite.
