Beauty by Design-Electrolysis

She is a skilled electrologist but, it was clear that my visit was all about HER. She's apparently the most important person in her shop, not the client. I had to clean up my own face after hair removal, and I was not only told to "stop moving" but was also told "don't touch" my own face when she was done. While I was there many clients came in and interrupted her current appointment, who was left to sit for long periods of time. She was very abrupt in communicating to me that I was too loud in her waiting room since I was taking a call while I waited. Perhaps she does not work well with too much stimuli but I don't see how you can work a shop with as much clientele as she supposedly has and not learn how to graciously deal with noise. She was not personable to me and I will NEVER go back.
