AAA Rooter

Had an emergency sewer back-up at 5PM on a Saturday. Yep had to happen on a weekend. Yeah! Jumped on Home Advisors and Angie's List. Got steered to AAA Rooter. Gave them a call and Shocker...got a real live person. On a Saturday evening! Explained what was happening and he knew exactly what the problem was. Caveat to this...I'm in Florida right now, so I can't pay the bill at time of service. Sure, I offered to pay over the phone, CC, paypal. etc. and was told " no problem, we will leave the bill with your tenant, he can just send the bill to you". What! Really. I was speechless. Didn't know me at all and were willing to go on an emergency Saturday night call with no $ changing hands at the time of service. Wow. Just wow. They were there in 30 minutes. Fixed the problem, and for way less than I anticipated. AND I received a phone call from them ( Mr. Ramos) when they were done, explaining what the problem was and how it was fixed. Repeating myself, but Wow. Highly recommend AAA Rooter. Honest, fair, family owned company. They are a keeper and will be my plumber of choice from now on. Not thrilled I had a plumbing problem, but am blessed to have found this company.
