ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE !!!!!!!

i took my dog there for grooming and clipping, they told me it would take 3 hours maximum . so when i came back at the 3 hour mark my dog was still soaked and sitting in a cage with a fan blowing on him... then they pull him out and he was shaking and scared of the person.... which i thought was weird but ok then she says just a minute we have to clip his nails ... so i waited, when he came out to me he was covered in hair like they never even brushed him ..... so after the 40$ bill i had to come home and brush my dog because they failed to do so ! overall if i could give this place a no star i would ...... they are horrible and probably changed there name because of the animal abuse and neglect

The cut was ok but I believe they were rough on my dog. He was acting strange the next day. Shivering and unable to jump up. I took him right to the vet where I found out his back was sprained. I think it was done during the grooming. I am looking for a new gentle groomer.
