During spring and summer months the store's atmosphere becomes almost unbareably warm. Customer service skills are extremely terrible. Their main objective seems to be watching the camera monitors for thieves or following you around the store as they pretend to dust shelving. If you can look past regluing hair bows and poor customer service skills as I have for the past 10 years, you've actually found a diamond in the ruff.
