Bartlett Prescription Shop

8/8/2011 I went to Bartlett Prescription Shop on Stage Rd. to buy empty prescription capsules to fill with tumeric spice. Tumeric has numerous health benefits but the taste is nasty alone, better with food. I called the Bartlett Prescription Shop a few mintues prior to going in to ask if they sold empty pill capsules, telephone service was very professional. However once I actually get that is where the professionalism stopped. I was told by the cashier to wait a moment while the old man in the back finished mixing up somthing. When he came out of th room with the glass window he asks what I need. I tell him I need empty pill capsules so that I can fill them with a spice. He asks what size. I say just average. He then says," how much cocaine are you trying to put in them?" I was shocked but quickly said to him, "Is that what you usually fill yours with?" He says, " yes". He shows me the size of the capsules and says, "these outta get you 2 sniffs per pill." I say, " so cocaine is what you use to keep you going." He says, "yep, works like a charm." I say, "well you know there are so many other cooking products to help keep you going besides cocaine, but I'll leave the cocaine for you and stick with spices that I can cook with.That way you can have more cocaine to yourself." By now he is finished counting out the pill capsules and hands them to the cashier to ring them up. I finish the transaction and I say to him, " Now you take it easy on that cocaine you know it's not good for you." He says, " ok, ok you have a good day.", and he motions for me to go out the door. I say, "yall have a blessed day.", and proceed to exit. If it had not have been for the 95+ degree temperature outside I would have just left and not purchased anything, but Bartlett Prescription Shop and can bet they will never get any of my business again. I'm now wondering if the capsules are even safe to use. How rude and unprofessional the man was who runs this place.
