CJC Dry Cleaners

Just had my second and final shirt ripped under the care of the CJC Dry Cleaners of 465 Walt Whitman Road Huntington Station, NY 11746. But to add insult to injury the Korean male owner, who never looks you in the eye, would not take responsibility for the second ripped shirt.



For a quiet man, he let out a loud continuous false laughter when I said “I do not wear rip shirts to work nor would I have a rip shirt brought here for dry cleaning. Why are you laughing and telling me to Shooo, Shooo, Shooo.?” I then brought in the first rip shirt which was still in my trunk (rip two months ago) which I had given him the benefit of the doubt (ripped at the elbow). I remained calm but firm as I questioned him on his process. While he does outsource some of the clothes for cleaning he would not accept any responsibility for the ripped shirt. In front of two incoming customers he continued with the loud forced laughter which I find absolutely bizarre. He went on and defiantly challenged me to “Sue me, Sue me, Sue me!” Shame on you is my reply. I am not going to Sue you; I’m just not coming back. I will share my experience with my family, friends, and neighbors and write this review.
