Dental Dreams

this place is the worst. you wait for too long, place is dirty (smells like pee), stuff is rude, and doctors dont do tehir job right. my son and I have been going there for couple of years but the services is not great. about six months ago, they did a deep cleaning and it was super painful i could not even eat for 2 days. and for my son dont get me started it. i do not recommend this place. I switched.

Horrible!!! I had been there once before and waited forever in the waiting room. I do like the play gym, but the receptionists are very unprofessional. The dentist was okay, but very very slow. This time I had made my appointment a week and a half earlier for a Saturday for my 3 kids. I had to make accomodations for my 4th child, a baby, because I knew he wouldn't be able to be there for as long as it would take. When I got to the dentist I signed my name and sat down. After about 20 min the receptionist called my name. She asked me if my employer was the same, which it was and if my insurance was the same, which it was. They then said that they attempted to call my insurance company but they were closed, so they couldn't see my kids. I asked when they tried and she said the day before, but they were closed, and they need the fax before they can do anything. I asked why they didn't call me to notify me that they couldn't contact my insurance and she said she didn't know. I had to leave. I'm not going back. They are ridiculous!
