Love this office. My Daisy is so happy to go and get checked out, except for her shots but she would be anxious about that anywhere. The WHOLE office are friendly & professional and treat my Daisy like their own. Highly Recommend !!!!!!!

Dr. Rosen is THE BEST! In the last 8 months we have had to put down our 2 senior dogs and she was AWESOME! She helped us so much! She presented with a very calming, compassionate presence and truly was the best person to help our pets cross over and the best person to help us deal with this most difficult time!

Wickham Road Animal Hospital is wonderful! Dr. Rosen is a knowledgeable and caring Vet. The staff is equally great - very friendly, kind and concerned. We had to euthanize one of our dogs, which was devastating for us. Everyone at Wickham Road went out of their way to help us. In particular one of the techs sat with us, hugging and holding our hands, while our beautiful girl quietly passed. We continue going to Wickham Road Animal Hospital with our other dogs and have never had a bad experience.

TOTAL INCOMPETENCY

We had been bringing our dog and two kitties to this clinic for years. I never saw such instant rapport with our goofy lab like Dr. Steiner had -- it was more than obvious he loved animals. When this wonderful doctor sadly passed away, the place went through a rocky patch. Our dog still misses him.

We hung in there. In hind sight, I wish we had done some new vet shopping. Since Dr. Rosen has been in charge, they seemed back to the detailed, informative and very loving care we knew so well under Dr.Steiner but some of the vets involved are bad and worse still, that great level of care we enjoyed from Dr. Steiner proved from Dr. Rosen to eventually be more illusion than reality.

We had a terrible encounter with Rosen's sub, Dr. Christiansen and advised Dr. Rosen it would be necessary to avoid her at all costs. We stayed after that but the care Dr. Rosen provided eventually resulted in unforgivable traumatic mistakes.

Dr. Rosen lost us with two huge mistakes. The first resulted in using a specialist (who happened to be Dr. Christiansen's husband) who grossly overcharged and provided misinformation that required another vet (the proper specialist) to straighten out the confusion concerning a fatal illness of our kitty who ended up subjected to unnecessary and painful testing. We were taken advantage of in some very trying circumstances.

As much as we wished otherwise, it was necessary to switch and we were forced to do this at the most inconvenient time, when having the best care possible for our dying kitty was paramount.

The second, we learned later from our new vet, was Dr. Rosen's neglect of growing medical condition which, had it been caught and properly addressed sooner, would have reduced the cost and more importantly not caused a manageable but irreversible decline in our dog's health.

We've watched as the place grew less and less busy. Given how the practice may be dying and how we believe financial concerns have been (SHOCKINGLY unknown to us until recently) making for some highly questionable veterinarian care, we warn everyone not to use Dr. Rosen or Wickham Road Animal Hospital.
