Hello, my name is Robin and one of my 3 most precious little children attend this Child Care Center and she has been in this Center for several months to where she started in the infant class room and has now been moved into the next class up and I cried this day,2 reasons first being my Lil Angel is growing her own lil wing's, and secondly The teachers in that infant classroom are and still are like family and aside from myself and our family They were her family away from family two teachers Katie and Amber two wonderful and loving women There's not enough words for me to express my gratitude to each of them love you guy's mwa,mwa Thank you two so very much for your great,and wonderful care each day. Now The two that run it Mrs.Cheryl and ugh I apologize for if I get it wrong Mrs.Rena? Two WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL AND 2 VERY CAREING,LOVE ING WITH THE MOST SINCERITY AND IT SHOWS HOW THEY HAVE SUCH GREAT STAFF THE LEADERS ARE GREAT ....

Brought my son here when we first moved back to Melbourne. He had just turned three and we were accustomed to day care centers before this one. When I first went it, it seemed like a nice place, very clean, which was at the top of my list, but after 3 weeks I tore him out as fast as I could. First they had him in a room with 1 year old's when he was 3 and when I asked her to put him with kids his own age, she said she would 'try' (What??). He came home every day with accidents in his pants and when I would bring him in a pull up his teacher would tell me she didn't even know he was wearing one until nap time. Really? I drop him off at 8:30 and you don't know what he's wearing until 2:30?? No wonder he's having accidents in his pants, which by the way, he didn't have at home. When I confronted his teacher about it, she said it's because the kids use the bathroom on their own (really?? 3 year old's ALL use the bathroom on their own? No supervision??), and the director actually got loud with me when I started voicing a concern over my child and a member of her staff. Not to mention my son screamed and cried whenever I tried to drop him off which he NEVER did at his other day care, and the last straw was when another child called mine a 'baby who poops in his pants' and who 'wasn't allowed to play with the other kids'. My son was MISERABLE here, and it reflected in his behavior at home. Now I wonder why another child would find it acceptable to say that unless the staff has been saying it as well. Now 5 months later, he is so traumatized from this place, he still won't use the bathroom unless he's at home and any time we drive by it or go to the bank next door he screams and cries and BEGS me not to leave him there. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND LAZY! Unacceptable for a child care facility. Don't waste your time or your money on this place. He's enrolled in Berri Patch now and they are WONDERFUL. And my son WANTS to go to school now, and hasn't had a single accident. Amazing what happens when teachers actually do their jobs!
