New Age Windows

i had placed an order with them for over $12K and a total of 3 french doors, bay window, and 4 other large windows. it took them 3 months to partially delivery. the installer was an employee of there named Ana Blanco (husband is a general contractor). Apparently, after months, there was a window they never delivered. I called them asking about status, they replied it was already delivered and order was closed. so obviously their installer stole the last window. dont use them - go to pino window much better deal and talk to Mercy. they dont deserve one star...but there is nothing less

Terrible custumer service, they will take over a month to deliver 1 impact window and then they will not allow you to pick up after 3:00pm. People do have jobs until 5:00 pm. this is unfair business practice
