A-OK Vacuum

My 85 year old mother took her Kirby vacuum in to have a new belt put on. A belt costs around $5. Mario told her to leave it and be would call her when it was ready. When she picked it up he charged her $75 and told her he cleaned it. She told him she didn't authorize that and he told her he had called me and I authorized it. That was an outright lie. I called him and told him he lied to her and took advantage of her. He said he didn't care what we thought or what we did about it. BEWARE!!!!
