        I've been calling since yesterday. Answering service gives you info you dont need.every customer sale increases your sales per day. Which means you are paying your sales people out of your profit every time a customer goes somewere else because of your phone sales service. One less item sold is one more item on the shelf collecting dust. Im taking my business somewhere else. In this day and age most customers. Especially potentially new customers. they pay close attention to web reviews.well i tried to give you guys my money and your sales people wouldn't even bother to try and earn it. Me and other potential customers will take our money somewhere else

        The had the exact part I needed to fix our Kenmore Elite washing machine. Lifetime warranty and cheaper then if I had ordered it through sears.
