Grooming not recommended

I would not recommend taking my pets to this establishment. They changed their rules about vaccinations and require multiple instead of just rabies like of all the other establishments. Then they want to charge me $100.00 plus tax for the groom. Other groomers charge half of that. Mcadory is all about the money NOT the animal!!!

I had to use the snip program to get one of my dogs neutered. Otherwise I have always paid for any vet services. But, one of my dogs is geting older and wanting to fight. I am currently unemployed. I had to use the snip program to get him neutered. The way I was treated using the snip program like trash, as to other times when I paid cash and whatever else they just wanted to test him for. The lady at the desk not only treated me badly, but called me a liar in the politest way I have ever heard. I ask her about what time does she think they will call about his surgery? She said we do not call you. You have to call us. I said no, I have had two dogs fixed and several emergencies. They have always called me .She said you must have insisted. I said no they just called. Then she said they must have already been home. I said no they were still there. She said . Mam , No mam we do not do that and neve have.
So I called to get the office manager to complain. She gave me right back to the lady that treated me so bad.
Then she lied about what she said to me.

I WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN.

I just got back in town and picked my 2 cats and 2 large dogs up They were boarded for 7 days. All came back clean and smelled good. All of their blankets were clean too. The most important thing I noticed with all my babies were they didn't act overtly excited to see me as if they were saying " you were gone now your back"I have always boarded them at McAdory and always will. I know they are safe and if there was a problem a doctor is always near and I know they would reach me by phone.Kathy Coleman.

I have used this clinic for 6 years. 3 dogs and 1 cat. I have never had a problem. The staff has always been courteous and helpful.

This was the first and only time we will take our dogs to this kennel. The kennel pens do not have a fenced in outside area. I was told the dogs are walked outside 3 times a day which I wonder really happens. We left bedding for our dogs and they came back dirty with urine and feces on them. If the pens had an outside area, likely the dogs would have gone to the bathroom outside instead of on their bedding. The kennel pens were also dimly lit. I like that this place has a veterianarian on site however I would not recommend anyone taking their dogs to their kennel.
