McClure's Restaurant

The WORST customer service I have ever had the displeasure of receiving! The manager refused to take a complaint over the phone, hung up three times; then threatened to file harassment charges....because I wanted the owners name. First of all I paid thirty dollars for food. I wasn't happy with my soda or onion rings so I sent them back with my son for a replacement. The manager stated it has been too long to replace such items, and refused a refund. It had only been twenty minutes, and factor in the drive time.... Not long at all! She then took a drink of soda as if to try to implicate she was being hustled or something. Really?? Why would I pay for something inadequate? Why could you just not replace it? The onion rings tasted like old oil. Needless to say those were not replaced either. The food was left on the counter, and I'm out the money to purchase goods not received. I called the health department to complain regarding the onion rings....and searching for the owners name and number. Substandard customer service at best. Don't waste your time here.

Restaurant is clean and well maintained. Employees helpful, clean and polite. Lots of homemade choices including bean soup and cornbread out of a cast iron skillet...we were happy with our lunch!
