Dairy Queen

My boyfriend and I stopped by this Dairy Queen's Drive-Thru today. He ordered one of the pre-made sundaes from the cooler inside. They gave us the wrong one, so he asked if he could just come inside and exchange it for the one he wanted. Not only did they tell us no, the girl who took our money got an attitude and made some very loud sarcastic comments. Terrible customer service!! I am the manager of a restaurant and if my employees acted this way they would be fired on the spot. We have stopped here a few times before and have left disappointed every time. We will definitely never be back!
