As a Hookah smoker there are very few places locally that actually sell hookah coals, shisha and accessories. And that's part of the problem, no one is really forcing them to be competitive.



Let me be blunt, I go to them when I run low on supplies and I am waiting on a order, but their selection of shisha flavors is fairly limited, the hookah supplies they do sell are cheap and it's all over priced.



Compared to online hookah outlets, they are charging anywhere from double to triple the costs for stuff you can get online.



Also, very few of their employees are actually hookah smokers, so it's often hard to get their opinion on anything hookah related.



Finally, their hookah supplies are limited to what are actually out on the sales floor, often times I've come in for a box of hookah coals and they only have like a single box and that's it. It's not helpful and they lost money, because I would have bought more.



They need to widen their selection of hookah shisha (flavors and brands) and lower their prices a little bit, if they were more competitive with prices, they'd get more business from me.



They need to stop pushing for "orders" as well, the whole reason why I go into the store is to get something now, otherwise I'd just order at cheaper places online.
