Poppy's Xtreme Donuts

This isn't necessarily about the business it's about the owner.
He a the rudest person I've ever came across. He talks down to you bites your head of at the drop of a hat. He goes into other places of buisness and thinks that his you know what doesn't stink. As a home town buisness man you would think he would be more nice to the businesses he goes in to and helps support him. But he has lost our business. He has come in to our place one too many times treating us like crap and yelling at us.

I usually stop in to get a few dozen donuts for my coworkers every couple months. And usually I'm in and out no problem. Yesterday, I stop in and buy 5 dozen donuts. Nice order, right? The female asked me if I have preferences. I said please don't put in too many of the stuffed donuts. So she then proceeds to load up on stuffed donuts. I thought maybe she didn't hear me, but she heard me just fine. She's was just a nasty person. Anyway, everything's good to go and i pay for order and they offer to help me carry to my car. I'm thinking nice recovery on customer service. Nah, the guy that helped me out got snotty and rambled on that i bought too many donuts. Huh? Seriously, your busting out your 'donut Nazi' game plan? I'll be heading down to Meijer in future. I don't need guilt trip over buying too many mediocre over-priced stale donuts from a place that was put out selling them.

I absolutely love the Donuts! The best I've ever had no doubt. #1 I bring in Donuts to my fellow associates all the time. The prices are great!
