Metro Lodge

I stayed here for a couple of weeks it was awful.
Rude lady in office. Had to pay 20 dollar cleaning fee even though the room was clean because they inspected it when I checked out

many health code issues. fire code violations, mgmt with bad attitude, seems uninterested in customer comfort. Roaches and filth abound.

The metro lodge is run down and so are it's management personnel. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from someone in a management position. My boyfriend stayed there for a month or so and it was as if these people looked to find something to complain about. Their laundry is practically useless as the dryers, with the exception of one, won't heat. When asked for a refund on money lost in them we were told just plain NO! Their housekeeping leaves much to be desired. The most they would do after the first week was to leave a clean garbage bag laid over the full garbage can inside. We were very disappointed and felt that when we were ready to leave, they looked for stupid things to charge us for. One of which was a 20 dollar maid fee. HA HA! that's a real joke. It's wallpaper is pealing and the curtains have holes in them. None of which the maid's fee was going to help. The charge comes from the deposit that is required upon first weeks rent. (l00.00) I CANNOT recommend the metro to anyone! My only recommendation would be to drive right on by it!
