        If your paying for them to service your pool weekly ,watch them. I had to call them, on not performing service several times but they still charged me. Just want to make sure everyone gets what they pay for.

        I would describe J&B pool sup...

        I would describe J&B pool supply in a few words;

        Fast, reliable, and honest. J&B pool supply(this is a family business) personnel care about their customers, they prefer a return customer than a one time customer. My pool was in bad shape because the person I contracted to do it wasnt doing a good job. I tried to do it myself, I went to different pool stores, there personnel only wants to make money not give you service, until I found J&B pool supply. J&B pool supply not only save me money compare to other retails, my pool is better than ever. They advise you, and not make you buy what you do not need, like others. I have been a customer of J&B Pool&Spa for a year and a month.

        Their customer service is best, and I love that you can call or stop at anytime. Mark and the whole family are always friendly and helpful. This was my first pool repair for our condo rec. center. Mark took the time to explain exactly what we needed to make our pool worry free and safe. He addressed the whole pool needs and repairs. I would highly recommend J & B pools both to private and HOA. If you want it done right, look to J &B pool to get the job is done right the first time

        I went to this store after calling them up on the phone asking if they could fix my spa pump today if I brought it to them. The gentleman on the phone said no problem.WHEN I GOT THERE THEY GREETED ME WITH A SMILE AND SAID LETS TAKE A LOOK.The man who took my pump into the back to check my pump came back and asked me to come intp the back with him where he was working on my pump. Needless to say he showed me there was nothing wrong with my pump at all and told me to check my electric at my house as this was my problem not the pump! They very well could have sold me a new pump but they were honest and did not even charge me toolook at the pump.This company will always have my business!!Thank you J&B Pool Supply
