We purchased the extended warranty on all of our new appliances. It was time for a yearly check to make sure they were all working properly. We called and got a very friendly associate who made an appointment for us. Immediately we received an email to confirm dates and time. Prior to the service call we received a phone message as a reminder. Our technician called 1/2 hr prior to his arrival. He was courteous, friendly, removed his shoes, went immediately to his task. He covered his work area as not to make a mess or a make on the floor. As he progressed he asked if we had any questions about any of the appliance and was very knowledgeable in all of his responses. He also told us not to hesitate of we ever had any concerns to call and schedule a call. We certainly wish that every vendor that we deal with would be so professional. Thank you Sears!

We bought an extended warranty and when our washer completely wore out, Seats gave us a voucher for a brand new machine! The guys that delivered it were super friendly, helpful and professional. They called us approximately 30 minutes before arrival and hauled away the broken washer! Warranty is totally worth buying.

They were great at working with my kids. She was really friendly and we got amazing portraits and got so much stuff and the prices were so much less then I have seen anywhere else. 5 stars!!!!!
