        I may have "jumped the gun" in writing the previous review. Upon being made aware of my concerns, Bluestem has made every effort to ensure my satisfaction with their services beyond my expectations. Their services have always been outstanding in the past, and I was not very vocal in expressing my concerns as they arose.
