My husband (heart /lung & kidney disease) had been a patient for 3 + yrs until his passing. Dr. Saulle treated him with utmost care and kindness our family could not ask for a more caring doctor. my husband was in & out of the hospital numerous times and Dr. Saulle was always there each time to administer and confer with the hospital staff on the best treatment. Dr Saulle is knowledgeable in his profession and passionate about caring for his patients and people in general. He is a credit to his profession and a gift from GOD to the human race. I was touched to see Dr Saulle at my husband's bedside during the last days of his life on earth. Two days after my husband's passing Dr. Saulle called me to enquire how our family was doing and spoke with me for as much time that I needed to speak with him. Let me share something that will be forever etched in my mind for as long as I live. During a visit to Dr Saulle my husband had not eaten and needed to get home to eat. Dr Saulle was delayed in caring for another patient, when I told him that my husband wanted to go because he needs to eat. Dr. Saulle said to my husband "Lunch was ordered and I have not eaten yet would you like to share my sandwich with me in my office?" He was sincere but we were taken by surprise and decline the offer. Dr. Saulle offered again for my husband to share his lunch. How much more caring and compassionate can one be than this encounter of humanity on display that day in the exam room!
