The Bike Barn

I bought my Specialized road bike at the Bike Barn in 2009 and the customer service I received was great. I continue to shop at The Bike Barn for biking accesseories and I am offered a discount each time. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I recently went in to buy a bike jacket and described exactly what I was looking for. My order was placed and the jacket was shipped to he Bike Barn . Realizing that the jacket was not what I had in mind, staff was happy to allow me to choose another jacket to be shipped. When the seconde jacket arrived I had ordered the wrong size. Aganin, the customer service I recieved was exceptional and they ordered another hybrid jacket for me, to be shipped in 3 days.

The hybrid Ion collored jacket was the perfect fit and I was offered a great discount for being a repeat customer. What more could you ask for. I will continue to shop there for all my biking needs.
