The team was very professional at all times. It is good to know that there are still people who take such pleasure in helping other people. Your thoughtfulness and dedication is appreciated. The firm made sure the job was done right and I got a great settlement. I definitely recommend this firm.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other comments. I called to make an appointment twice and both times they said they would get right back to me. The third time I called they said they were too full to take my case. That's just poor business.

So first Mr.kevin childers I have had no problems with .but the LITTLE RUDE CHICK NANCY IN THE FRONT NEEDS TO BE WITH OUT A JOB SHE IS RUDE A SMART A** LIYTLE GIRL WITH A JOB SHE DOESN'T NEED . I THINK IF HE DRIPS HER AND GETS A REAL.PERSON WHOM WANTS TO WORK IN THE OFFICE I BET HID FIRM.WOULD GO UP 100% GET RIDE OF NANCY WOULD HELP YOUR FIRM ALOT.. SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL

HORRIBLE!!!! I called to make an appointment and they gave me one for the following day. Three hours prior to my appointment time, I received a call from the paralegal which was very rude, nasty and unprofessional, she called just to say that they couldn't take my case and cancelled my appointment. When I asked for her a reason, she said that she nor the attorney could provide one. They had no explanation as to why they could not take my case. I even spoke to the attorney the day before and gave him the facts, but I did not even receive an explanation from the attorney. This is very unacceptable because I wasted precious time in securing counsel, when I spoke to the paralegal and attorney prior to even scheduling my appointment. The paralegal treated me like dirt once I tried to ask the reasons. This firm does not care about it's clients or lack thereof. Stay away!

Mr. Childers represented me and my husband for serious injuries from an automobile accident last year in 2008. He agreed to meet us at our home to save us the stress of driving, which we appreciated. He was very patient and explained the legal process in a way we understood. He helped us in so many ways, including finding the best doctors, getting a rental car, and recovering our lost wages. Whenever we telephoned, Mr. Childers always called us back that day or in the evening sometimes. His staff is top notch. They are courteous and very helpful with all the details. And he was able to settle our case for a very fair amount. Mr. Childers has been named the "Best Attorney in Prince William County" for five years running by the Potomac News and Mannassas Journal Messenger. He deserves the honor in our opinion.

Mr. Childers was my first choice because he has been voted the "Number 1 Attorney" in Prince William County for 5 years in a row by the readers of the Potomac News and the Mannassas Journal Messenger. I appreciated that he came to my hospital room to meet me and answer my questions. He was very professional and knew his stuff. He always returned my phone calls promptly and kept me informed about my case every step of the way. His staff is friendly and very responsive. Mr. Childers got a very good settlement for my case. If you choose Mr. Childers you will be glad you did.

Mr. Childers is not a bad lawyer per say but if you?re looking to settle your claim fast, he is the last person you should call. You can never get a hold of him, even if it is an emergency. The receptionists are rude no matter what tone you speak to them in. He always has you speak to the receptionists about your case and most of the time they do not know what they are talking about. I did not realize they hired people at a law firm that have not and do not study law. I would not recommend this place to anyone and good luck to his cases now.
