        If I could give this HORRIFIC establishment 0 stars I would. This has been a nightmare for my family. A $3000 oven was purchased and delivery BROKEN and left for us to “deal” with. Gerhards is taking ZERO responsibility or accountability for selling us a BROKEN product. No one can answer our questions. We waited over 6 months for this oven and it came broken we have not been able to use it since the day it was delivered. DO NOT GO TO GERHARDS

        I have been coming to Gerhard's ever since I can remember with my appliances needs. They have always treated me fairly and I never had a problem them, delivery has always gone smoothly and I never once had a problem with installation or the appliance itself. I recommend them to all my friends as well!

        New refrigerator needed a repl...

        New refrigerator needed a replacement to the seal right away.

        Delivery system very poor. They did not leave a delivery time when calling more than once.

        Delivery service damaged my floors and I still do not been reimbursed two months after filing my claim.
