Rose Nails

Run! I just had the worst manicure I've ever had. I don't believe there is any heat in the place. It's cold a blazes, there is a small space heater. All of the family members of the shop were wearing winter coats inside. When they went to soak my nails they put my hands in cold water! The "manicure" part was rudimentary, at best. I had to tell the technician to put on a base coat before the gel polish was applied. I chose a darker color, which should be easy to get even. It's horrible! Uneven color & splotchy, color looks mottled. There is polish all over my skin next to my nails & at the finger tips. I pay $28 for a fantastic gel polish manicure in WV. Here, I paid $30. I could have done a better job myself. And I had to listen to stories about their family members in Cambodia being beaten bloody. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Will NEVER go back. Stay away from this place! Department of Health should be looking into this place.

I had gone to many nail salons prior to finding Pro Nails. The super fancy nail salons always lacked the personal care and customer service I get at Pro Nails. I have seen Ben now for over the last 10 year. He understands that my nails are important to me and not only does he take great care of me when have a scheduled appointment but when I have a problem (usually self inflicted) Ben makes himself available. I only wish my health care provider was 1/2 as good.

I have been going here for the past six years and have never been disappointed with the service I have received. They always make sure to take their time. They also do the best nail art out of any nail salon I have seen.

I went in and got the best designs and pedicure.highly recommend..nice staff..Cheryl
